Brief Description of Magic Johnson/Howard University Starbucks:

 

The scope of this tenant build-out project included the demolition of the existing interior space, upgrades to the existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems (including the sprinkler system) as required to meet all new utility and operational requirements; removal of and modifications to the existing ceiling and lighting systems; installation of all Starbucks casework and millwork components; new finishes throughout, including ceiling, wall-covering, quarry tile, painted surfaces, custom wood trim and wood bulkheads.

 

This project was on an expedited schedule to meet previously scheduled homecoming and grand opening activities. The project was completed on time and on budget.
