This project involved various aspects of maintenance and repair work including demolition, HAZMAT abatement, general repairs, interior door & hardware replacement, electrical modifications, plumbing modifications, carpet installation, HVAC upgrades, as well as, unit replacement and roof repairs. The project was completed on time and within the budget.
