Brief Description of Knox Hill Town Homes Development:

 

The Knox Hill Development is a private residential development located in southeast Washington, D.C. The total project included two-story with walk-out basement, single family town homes with carports. Each unit is approximately 1800sf

 

Using a prefabricated modular home product, Columbia’s responsibility was to perform all site work, including infrastructure and utility rough-in, footing & foundation walls, supervising the setting in place of the boxes by the manufacturer, tie-in of utilities, close-in and punch out, finish work in the basement level, concrete flat work (walks & driveways), construct carports, roofing and landscaping. Each unit was completed on and within budget.
